Our warranty for the 8-hour chairs ensures worry-free use for at least five years from the date of delivery, provided the chair is used for up to eight hours a day. Should the chairs be used more intensively, we will adjust the warranty period proportionally to ensure fair and appropriate coverage.
Please note that our warranty contains specific exclusions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, which particularly affects the wheels and upholstery. Also excluded from the warranty is normal wear and tear of fabrics (e.g. felt).
If you would like to file a claim, we ask you to provide us with some important information. This includes a detailed description of the damage, the model number of the chair, the order number and a digital photo of the damage. This information will help us to process your request quickly and efficiently.
