If the desk is used more intensively than an average of eight hours per day, the length of the guarantee period may be reduced proportionally.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use. In particular, wear and tear on mechanical parts responsible for adjusting the height of the table, as well as on the surface and edges of the table top, are excluded from the guarantee.

To make a warranty claim, we ask you to provide the following information: A detailed description of the defect, the desk model number, the order number and a digital photo of the defect. These details will enable us to process your claim efficiently and find a quick solution.
