When you purchase a WAGNER design product, you automatically receive a 5-year guarantee. The guarantee applies to factory defects that occur within this period. These parts will of course be replaced free of charge. The WAGNER guarantee is based on 8 hours of daily use. If the chair is used in shift work or in commercial catering, the guarantee is reduced accordingly.
The AluMedic 15 impresses with the ingenious Dondola technology. The backrest height is 58cm, just like the Alumedic 10. All in all, the biggest difference between the models is the version with headrest ( AluMedic 10 ) or without headrest (AluMedic 15).
The Dondola technology is located between the chair shell and the lower part of the chair. It enables three-dimensional micro-movements. The Dondola technology is unique but has been tried and tested for over 20 years. Stephan Meyer and Peter Wagner developed the sitting-in-motion concept back in 1999. The study results on the Dondola concept are particularly worth mentioning:

The AluMedic 15 is the smaller but much appreciated brother of the AluMedic 10. The chair differs primarily in that, unlike its big brother, it does not have a headrest. From our perspective, it is a great chair which has a charmingly simple silhouette due to the absence of a headrest and is therefore ideal for home office use! |
