When you purchase a WAGNER design product, you automatically receive a 5-year guarantee. The guarantee applies to factory defects that occur within this period. These parts will of course be replaced free of charge. The WAGNER guarantee is based on 8 hours of daily use. If the chair is used in shift work or in commercial catering, the guarantee is reduced accordingly.
The AluMedic Black Edition impresses with the ingenious Dondola technology. The Dondola technology is located between the chair shell and the lower part of the chair. It enables three-dimensional micro-movements. The Dondola technology is unique but has been tried and tested for over 20 years. Stephan Meyer and Peter Wagner developed the sitting-in-motion concept back in 1999. The study results on the Dondola concept are particularly worth mentioning:
